Role: Housekeeping SpecialistIn addition to carrying out core Housekeeping Assistant duties, you will be responsible for delivering high housekeeping standards, including Health & Safety, across guest, colleague and visitor areas. You will assist Team Leaders in promoting great customer service and developing our Housekeeping Assistants. You will play a key role, particularly on change over days, where you will lead and work with a team to ensure all areas meet PGL standards.
Who we're looking forWe'll support you in achieving your goals, including all the training you need to be confident in your role. However, you will already be a Housekeeping Assistant with at least three months experience and COSHH trained.
Previous experience supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential. You will naturally be able to motivate, encourage and bring out the best in others.
