La Saphir, multi-missions and multi-sites (home employee (M/F/D) in permanent contract 80%/100% - EMS X Saphir, multi-missions and multi-sites for adults), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of vulnerable individuals in their physical and mental integrity during their process of care. To complete our housekeeping team, we are looking for our establishment in Yvonand, which accommodates 84 individuals, with the following profile: Home employee (M/F/D) in a permanent contract at 80%/100% at EMS X. Regardless of their role, the professionals at Saphir share a common goal: to support individuals daily to allow them to experience concretely the institutional perception of like at home. This means maintaining their habits as much as possible, offering an appropriate response to their wishes, and, through genuine inter-professional collaboration, promoting the well-being and happiness of the residents. You will ensure a warm, clean, and safe environment for the residents. You will perform table service as well as dishwashing tasks and collaborate on various activities within the establishment. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the laundry of the residents. You will participate in the projects supporting residents with the interdisciplinary team and with new professionals, apprentices, and interns in the service. YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLSYou have a strong sense of hospitality and have at least 3 years of recognized experience in similar roles. Your primary qualities include teamwork, the ability to question oneself, and strong communication skills, all aimed at enhancing residents' well-being.
