Cook and Resident Support
Location: Fleet Street, Yarn Barton, Beaminster, DT8 3EQ
Hourly Rate: £13.61 - £14.03
Contract: 16 hrs per week permanent
Rota: Thurs and Sunday 9am - 6pm
- Confidence in cooking for up to 9 people plus
- Strong organisational skills, ready to handle a variety of tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine understanding of the needs of older people
- Basic computer skills (Outlook and Excel experience is a plus, but full training will be provided)

About the Role- At Abbeyfield Living Society, our goal is to create a warm, community-focused environment where residents feel valued and respected. As a Cook and Resident Support team member, you'll ensure that residents enjoy wholesome, home cooked meals while also being a friendly face they can turn to for support.
- You'll also assist with general wellbeing, handle any issues that arise, and escalations when needed.
- Basic computer and budget management skills are helpful, but full support and training will be provided by our welcoming team.
