Housekeeper - Summer Job

Pertemps North Midlands is recruiting a Housekeeper - Summer Job to support its client's student accommodation properties in central Nottingham.

This full-time, temporary contract runs for five to six weeks over the summer, paying £13.71 per hour. Working day shifts from 0900 to 1700, you will join a welcoming facilities team.

Responsibilities include testing toilet flushing functions across all lodgings, undertaking daily cleaning and housekeeping duties, and completing check logs to company standards. You will also meet daily task requirements set by the Cleaning Duty Supervisor.

Our client is seeking a Housekeeper to work for its student accommodation properties in Nottingham city centre. This is a great opportunity for 5-6 weeks of work over the summer period, supporting a welcoming and time-served facilities team.

• Supporting the property teams by testing basic flushing functionalities of toilets across all student lodgings
• Assisting with some basic day-to-day cleaning / housekeeping of the premises
• Ensuring that all daily check logs are carried out in line with company standards
• Meeting all daily task requirements of the Cleaning Duty Supervisor

• Minimum of 3 months UK work experience
• Willingness to support with cleaning duties alongside testing of site plumbing
• Able to commit in full between now and early September with no period of leave

Hours of work: Monday to Friday

Rate of pay: £13.71 per hour
