We are seeking an experienced and passionate House Manager to join the team at The Lanesborough, a renowned luxury hotel in London.

The hotel features 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining, and a range of amenities, and has been awarded No. 1 Hotel in London by Travel + Leisure.

Candidate Profile

The ideal House Manager will take pride and passion in their work, building rapport and long-term relationships with guests. They will support the Front Office Manager in managing the department to ensure courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.

Key Requirements
  1. Ensure a friendly and welcoming environment, prioritizing Guest Recognition.
  2. Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and effectively, ensuring full satisfaction.
  3. Promote effective communication between departments to enhance guest service and recognition.
  4. Provide exceptional service while maximizing room revenue and team development.
  5. Develop skills of front desk employees through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  6. Supervise work at all levels of front desk, switchboard, and night operations, setting clear objectives in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
