Salary Qualified: £33,596 - £51,932 per annum (pro rata, hourly paid)

Join our dynamic team at Bridgend College in this flexible, hands-on role guiding and inspiring the next generation of beauty therapy professionals. You will plan and deliver high-quality learning across a range of beauty disciplines, helping learner develop essential practical skills and professional industry standards. Working on a casual, ad-hoc basis to support departmental needs, you will play a key role in empowering students of all backgrounds to build the practical confidence needed to succeed in the beauty industry.

We are looking for an experienced professional with current salon experience and a real passion for teaching others. You must hold a Diploma Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapies, alongside a recognised assessor award (such as TAQA) and teaching qualification (or be prepared to obtain this). Excellent interpersonal and digital skills are essential to support, inspire and motivate a diverse group of learners.
