Hotel Valuations Specialist, MRICS - UK & Europe Travel

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Surveyor (Valuation Advisory - Hotels, Operational Real Estate) based in London. The role focuses on hotel valuations, trading and development valuations, and reports for clients and investors.

The successful candidate will join CBRE's hotel valuation team, work on portfolio valuations, and travel across the UK and occasionally Europe. MRICS qualified professionals with strong report writing and client relationship skills are preferred.
