Hotel Site Manager - 3 Weeks, Potential 26 Weeks

Bimplus is seeking an experienced freelance Site Manager for a short-term hotel project in Harrogate. The initial engagement is approximately three weeks, with a strong possibility of moving onto a further 26-week assignment with the same contractor.

You will report to a visiting Contracts Manager and oversee daily on-site management, including demolition, rip-out works, and the groundworks package, coordinating with a Site Engineer and subcontractors.
