- Oversee daily hotel operations, including accommodation services, front desk activities, and food & beverage outlets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate teams across housekeeping, reception, F&B, and support departments
- Manage guest relations by ensuring high quality customer service and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, catering, and special events
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimise occupancy rates and profitability
- Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and support financial planning and forecasting activities
- Conduct night audits, financial reconciliations, and prepare operational performance reports
- Develop and deliver staff training programs, including guest service standards and phone etiquette
