The 18 month Management Development Programme offers a structured journey that combines work experience, off the job learning and self learning across all hotel operations.
The programme includes departmental rotations and close mentorship with a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager. An early focus on the Duty Manager role provides practical responsibilities during the first 3-6 months. A fixed term contract leads to a permanent management position by programme completion.
What We Are Looking For- A genuine passion for hospitality and a proactive, positive, resilient attitude
- A degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism, International Hospitality, or a related discipline
- Ideally, previous operational experience in hotels, leisure or tourism
- Flexibility to relocate for optimal placement
- 18 month structured Management Development Programme

The process involves a two step assessment centre followed by a final interview with the General Manager of the placement hotel. Successful candidates will start the programme in November 2026, with opportunities from August/September.
