Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with an award winning Hotel, in the Lyme Regis area.

As an F+B Supervisor, you will be the bridge between management and the front line team, fostering a positive culture within the restaurant, whilst overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring a seamless service for all guests.

Hotel F+B Supervisor responsibilities to include;

• Supervise daily shifts, delegate tasks effectively and maintain high team morale and energy.
• Maintain and exceed our established service standards, handling guest feedback with grace and a solution-orientated mindset.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and inventory controls.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communications and smooth food delivery.
