Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.
The Role:As an Operations Duty Manager your role will be incredibly exciting, quite often varied and will involve creative thinking with a decisive attitude. You will be leading the team to deliver an exemplary service to our members and guests; a service which boasts personalisation, empathy and charm. You will be on hand for our colleagues, helping develop, mentor and supervise them throughout their time at Estelle Manor. You will be empowered to make impactful decisions within a luxury hospitality environment.
Please note: This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Who we are looking for?- Previous management experience within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
- Strong OPERA & Knowcross knowledge would be ideal but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people. You can quickly understand, influence, and negotiate, as well as document and report to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Someone who takes accountability with a solutions focused mindset.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
- Hugely charismatic and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management as well as being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
The on target earning potential for this role is £43,000 per annum - comprising a base salary of £40,000, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge .
