Job Description

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £27,000 per annum

What we need in a nutshell

We are looking for an experienced manager with a background in Leisure, Swimming Pool, or Water Treatment.

You will use your knowledge to lead Retallack Resort & Spa through ongoing expansion and investment. We seek a self-motivated, driven individual with a strong focus on team leadership and delivering excellent customer experiences with safety as a priority.

Who are we?

We are a dynamic and growing company, revolutionizing the Great British holiday at our award-winning UK resorts. Retallack Resort and Spa is a luxury spa resort and a lively watersports hub, located in stunning countryside near the North Cornish coast.

As part of our team of holiday heroes, you will oversee the management of our Hot Tubs department, including:

  • Ensuring teams have clear instructions and are equipped to carry out testing and changeover duties effectively
  • Maintaining our fleet of Hot Tubs and Plant Rooms in excellent condition
  • Training staff and ensuring operations align with procedures, maintaining high standards in public areas
  • Implementing management processes for Hot Tubs and water management

You will lead by example: being friendly, engaging with guests, and 'mucking in' when needed. This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced operator seeking a new challenge and career growth.

Note: Holidays are scheduled during holiday times, so weekend and bank holiday work is required.

Skills, experience, and qualities you'll need

We provide training, but you should already possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - assertive and friendly
  • Proven leadership abilities
