• Ensure client queries are answered promptly and professionally
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all front of house areas and equipment
• Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines
• Liaise with the kitchen team and conduct a team briefing to ensure the business runs effectively
• Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and organise evening events
• To manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, and health and safety regulations
• Assist the contract manager with maintaining hospitality booking processes, stock management and monthly bookkeeping

Working Pattern: 4 days per week / flexible working patterns / predominantly between Monday to Friday

What can you bring?

• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a catering environment
• Focused on the front line
• Self motivated and able to work well unsupervised
• Previous experience within catering desirable
