Hospitality Specialist: Rotational Guest Services

Position

Hotel Worker - assignments will be made upon arrival and may rotate through Food & Beverage (kitchen), Facility, Housekeeping, Retail, and other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Present menus, take and serve orders, handle payments, and prepare food including garnishing.
• Restock supplies and clean dining and service areas.
• Support customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry, towels, sheets, and guest personal items.
• Assist guests with check-ins, beach rentals, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate services and host guests as requested.
