We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, Staysure Legends Tour & HotelPlanner Tour. We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf's greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup. About the role We're looking for a dynamic Hospitality & Event Services Manager to join our Championship Management team on a 12 month fixed term basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering world-class tournament experiences.This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of player, guest and hospitality services across our events-ensuring exceptional delivery at every touchpoint, from accommodation and transport through to premium experiences and event operations. What you'll be doing You'll lead the planning and delivery of hospitality and event services across our tournaments, including: Managing Pro-Am events, guest communications and logistics Overseeing accommodation and transport for players, partners and stakeholders Designing and delivering premium hospitality experiences and facilities Leading catering operations across all user groups Managing fringe events such as gala dinners and receptions Building strong relationships with venues, partners and key stakeholders Supporting merchandise, ticketing and operational delivery What we're looking for Experience delivering large-scale events, ideally in international sport Strong project management skills and attention to detail Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Confident working with senior partners and global brands A collaborative, proactive approach with a "one team" mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods Experience of working within the professional golf environment is a plus Why join us?
