Field Studies Council Rhyd-y-Creuau is seeking a Hospitality & Catering Assistant to support our busy outdoor learning centre in Betws-y-coed.

We have accommodation available, so you could live and work in a stunning location in Wales. Flexibility to follow other interests and pursuits over the winter months secure in the knowledge that you have a job to come back to.

As a Hospitality and Catering Assistant, you'll help create the welcoming, comfortable environment that allows our visitors to relax, learn, and enjoy their stay.

Your work ensures our centre runs smoothly and that every guest feels well looked after from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas

Preparing rooms for guests, including making beds, providing towels, and restocking tea/coffee facilities

Ensuring public areas such as corridors and classrooms are neat, tidy, and well-presented

Setting up the dining room for meals

Assisting in the kitchen with food preparation and service

Keeping the dining, kitchen, and tea/coffee areas clean and stocked

Rhyd y Creuau sits in the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, surrounded by rugged peaks, quiet valleys and the dramatic North Wales coastline.
