Horticulture Production Instructor: Prison Garden Programs

Ministry of Justice is seeking an SPI: Commercial Horticulture specialist to oversee day-to-day maintenance, harvesting and cultivation of establishment gardens. The role includes assessing vocational qualifications for prisoners and is non-operational with no line management responsibilities.

The post requires supervision of prisoners, pest control, crop production and preparation of produce for sale, with hybrid working arrangements where possible and a focus on safety and quality standards.
