Homelessness Prevention & Outreach Officer

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Homeless Early Intervention Officer to support households at high risk of homelessness. The role focuses on upstream and pre preventative holistic support, helping clients understand tenure rights, maintain housing, and access services.

The post offers hybrid working across hubs in Trowbridge, Chippenham or Salisbury, with outreach in communities county wide and flexible environments including hospitals and homes. Salary £31,537-£33,699.
