Homelessness Prevention & Housing Options Officer (Hybrid)

Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Housing Options Officer / Homeless Assessment & Prevention Officer to provide homeless prevention advice and process applications under current legislation. The role requires knowledge of housing acts and the ability to work in a hybrid setup in Birkenhead 1-2 days per week.

Applicant should have experience in a homeless/housing environment, managing a demanding caseload, and negotiating resolutions with providers.
