The Initial Assessment Team Service was established to help applicants threatened with homelessness or homeless to sustain their current accommodation or move into suitable private rented accommodation. The Front Door Team Service collaborates with partners to improve resilience and housing sustainment, under Enfield's Early Help strategy.

The Initial Assessment Team provides expert advice and works closely with partners to prevent or delay homelessness, aiming to avoid placements in temporary accommodation or street homelessness.

The Homeless Housing Coordinator will be part of the Initial Assessment Team, working within the service to prevent homelessness.

This is a full-time role on a temporary basis.
