Home Ownership Recovery Officer
Harlow, Essex £17.16 - £17.78 per hour Temporary (6 months), Full-time

We're seeking an organised and customer-focused Home Ownership Recovery Officer to join our client's busy Home Ownership Team in Harlow. This hybrid role involves collecting and recovering service charges, managing council loans to leaseholders, and maintaining accurate case records.

You'll need:

  • Knowledge of housing legislation

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
