Home Design Stylist: Flexible Hours & Personal Decor Expert

John Lewis Partnership in Southampton is seeking a Home Design Stylist to inspire customers and help them choose perfect home decor while driving sales across our home departments. You will deliver a personalised shopping experience that reflects the John Lewis brand.

This role includes flexible shifts around 17 hours per week, potential night premium for late/overnight hours, and opportunities to coach colleagues using your interior design knowledge.
