It provides a flexible working environment that promotes work-life balance and conditions that encourage skill development and the sharing of knowledge and experiences.We are looking for a home care nurse at 80 or 100% in a permanent contract within the centralized team for long-term replacement missions (6 to 15 months), responsible for a portfolio of files, who seeks a dynamic environment where your expertise in care will contribute to the well-being of patients. Join our team within the centralized long-term pool (PCLD)!As a member of the PCLD, you will be required to intervene throughout the Canton of Geneva for long-term replacements, ranging from 6 to 15 months, at our branches. Your main mission will be to ensure the continuity of care for patients by acting as a reference in managing their files and providing quality services.We are looking for dedicated individuals to take on a position where you will have the opportunity to:- Take on stimulating challenges and gain enriching professional experiences.- Broaden your horizons by working long-term in different sectors in Geneva, within diverse teams, and with different types of patients.- Gain in-depth knowledge of the health and social network of Geneva, as well as our institution and the field of home care and support.- Develop your theoretical and practical skills through adapted training.By joining the PCLD team, you will be able to:- Take on the role of a reference point for the needs of patients in accordance with the ethical principles of the nursing profession, within the home care team model.- Provide personalized, independent, or medically supervised nursing care that covers a range of preventive services, directly at the homes of individuals of all ages.- Work closely with healthcare professionals and community health services, as well as multidisciplinary helpers, delegating care according to established procedures.- Organize medical-social procedures and ensure communication with all stakeholders involved in a patient's care by mobilizing the available resources of the primary network.Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing from HES-SO or an equivalent qualification and possess a proven ability to work flexibly and responsibly with a solution-oriented mindset that is essential to tackle the challenges encountered.
