Home Care Nurse / Full-time or Part-time / in CDIL The home nurse intervenes at clients' homes, serving people of all ages requiring nursing care. The specificity of home work is linked to the unpredictability of the context, the variety of encounters, both on a socio-economic and environmental level as well as psycho-physical. Responsibilities are performed autonomously, respecting the life habits, beliefs, values, culture, autonomy, and integrity of individuals.Roles and Responsibilities:- Act as a reference for nursing in the framework of home care teams and act in accordance with the principles of the professional nursing code of ethics.- Provide personalized, comprehensive, and preventive nursing care autonomously and/or based on medical prescriptions to clients of all ages at home.- Organize medical-social procedures, coordination, and collaboration with all stakeholders involved in a given client's care, mobilizing available resources, and overseeing care carried out or delegated to healthcare assistants.- Work in interdisciplinary and inter-professional settings, respecting institutional missions and objectives.- Participate in activities of continuing education and training in nursing or equivalent.Minimum Requirements: - X years of professional experience.- Knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network.- Ability to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary team.- Excellent problem-solving and responsibility skills.- Mobility is essential (Bicycle / walking / public transport / car).What We Offer:At IMAD, we believe in well-being.
