Home-Based Property Manager: Multi-Site Estates & RMCs

Trinity Estates is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a varied residential portfolio across Sheffield and West Yorkshire. You will be the main contact for leaseholders, directors and contractors, delivering high standards of service while ensuring compliance and cost control.

You will host AGMs, prepare board packs, manage budgets and lead long-term maintenance plans, all while working from home with regular site visits and strong central team support.
