Home-Based Customer Service Officer - Repairs

Tamworth Borough Council is seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer for the Repairs Call Centre. The role is home-based with 37 hours per week on a temporary contract up to 12 months.

You will handle enquiries by phone and digital channels for repairs and maintenance of tenanted properties and corporate buildings. You will signpost to partner agencies, work well in a team, and maintain high service standards while adapting to flexible working patterns.
