We are recruiting an Automotive Technical liaison to provide support to the technical delivery of ENCAP programmes, for both Active and Passive Safety. The position will support the test teams by hosting the resident engineers from our customers that travel from China to UK.
The overall responsibility is to liaise with the delivery team and the clientservices teams to provide the best experience to our visitorswhilst at HORIBA MIRA.
- Technical translation English-Chinese (Mandarin) written and spoken
- On site welfare care, being main point of contact for the resident engineers
- Arrangement of onsite transport, either through Client Services or own driving.
- Ensure to understand and actively follow responsibilities in relation to H&S and Quality.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
- Full driving licence
- 37.25 hours per week (08.50-17.15) there may be some requirements to work outside these hours depending on customer availability
- 12 week contract starting August 2026
- Hourly rate in line with national minimum wage
