HLS Consulting Partner - Pharma, Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Advisor for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting business transformation programs of clients
• Problem solver providing solutions on specific areas of transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with Leadership on devising business strategies aimed at improving sales productivity
• Contributor to business development with shadow P&L responsibility and thought leadership

Requirements

• Experience as Sr. Manager/ Director in a Consulting firm of repute.
• Bachelor's degree from a leading school
• IT Services industry expert with specialization in Healthcare & Life Sciences (Pharma / Manufacturing & Supply Chain)
• Demonstrated experience in leading consulting engagements blending strategy, operating models, and technology
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong facilitation skills; excellent oral and written business communication skills
• Proficiency with Process modeling tools such as ARIS / Visio / Bizagi
• Lean & Six Sigma Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory)
