Hire Desk Controller - London - Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 - 40 hours per week

Based in the depot, the Hire Desk Controller plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building strong relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection, liaising with various depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Daily tasks are desk-based, involving collaboration with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to ensure equipment availability and prompt service.
To support your success, you will need:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Commitment to learning and development
- Driving license
- Experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational roles
- Ability to support your team in delivering our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
