Highways Site Manager

Freelance Highways Site Manager - Goole (4-Month Contract). Contract Position Goole Minor Civils Approx. 4 Months Competitive Day Rate. We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a minor civils highways project just outside Goole. This is a 4-month contract role, ideal for someone with a solid background in highways maintenance, small-scale civils works, and site supervision.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are delivered on time and to specification
• Manage subcontractors and ensure HSEQ compliance across the site
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and project stakeholders
• Report progress and manage documentation related to the works
• Coordinate traffic management, utilities, and public interface where necessary

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in highways or minor civils
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card preferred), and First Aid certified, safety critical medical is a MUST!
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site management best practices
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site daily
• Able to start within the next 1-2 weeks
