Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Primary School Full-Time Long-Term Opportunities Aspire People Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career?Aspire People are currently recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the local area. We're looking for confident practitioners who can take on additional responsibility, support classroom teaching, and provide high-quality learning experiences for pupils.This could suit an experienced HLTA or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is ready to progress into a higher-level role. The Role: Providing whole-class cover when required Delivering planned lessons and learning activities Leading 1:1 and small-group interventions Supporting teachers with planning and classroom organisation Working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 depending on experience Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs Maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning Working collaboratively with teachers and school leadership We're Looking For: HLTA qualification or strong equivalent experience Recent experience within a UK primary school Strong understanding of the primary curriculum Confident classroom management Ability to work independently and use initiative Excellent communication and organisational skills Why Aspire People?
