We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to work closely with the Head of Science to support the progress and attainment of SEND students. This post will be suitable for anyone interested in beginning a teaching career.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the delivery of science lessons and supporting pupils with SEND needs.
• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to plan and monitor pupils' progress.
• Providing additional help in classrooms to ensure inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working with pupils, preferably in a teaching assistant setting.
• Understanding of SEND provision and inclusive teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
