High School Principal

Provide instructional and operational leadership to ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment for all students. Guide staff in delivering high-quality instruction, support student achievement, and foster strong relationships with families and the school community.

• Connecticut Intermediate Administrator certification (092) required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience
• Strong leadership in curriculum, instruction, and school operations
• Demonstrated ability to support student achievement and school climate
• Effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills

• Full-year position in accordance with the Colchester Association of School Administrators contract
• Responsibilities include supervision and evaluation of staff, school operations, and student support systems
