- Manage and optimize the lead acquisition process from initial contact to client onboarding.
- Coordinate with global team members to ensure project milestones are met.

- Implement process improvements in our acquisition funnels and communication touchpoints.
- Operate independently while leveraging existing systems and best practices for success.
- 5+ years in project management, business development, or high-ticket sales roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Analytical thinker familiar with CRMs and performance metrics (A/B testing or CRO is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working on a 100% commission basis-unlimited earning potential based on performance.
