About this job

HGV Class 2 Drivers needed for flexible shift patterns in Bridgwater (TA6) area. Shift types include 4 day and 5 day weeks with early starts between 04:00 and 07:00.

Pay features: base rate £17.53-£28.90 per hour, weekday drivers outbound, weekend premium ( 1.25), overtime ( 1.33) after 42 hours, bank holiday premium ( 1.50). Annual cage bonus £3,000 ( £11.53 per shift).

Responsibilities

• Deliver to smaller stores with care and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and safe deliveries each day.
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.
• Handle cages and pallets confidently.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months Class 2 HGV driving experience.
• Maximum 6 penalty points on licence (no DR, DD, IN codes).
• Valid DigiTacho card and CPC qualification.
• Comfortable moving cages and pallets.
