£41,410 per annum (inclusive of allowances)
Hours of work: 35 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.00 - 16.15 hours and Friday 8.00 - 13.00 hours.
Our HGV Vehicle Fitters are required to participate in an out of hours call out scheme currently on a 1 week in 6 basis. Overtime payments will be made for all hours worked outside normal working hours.

Location: Engineering Centre, Vesty Road, Bootle, L30 1NY
ResponsibilitiesOur HGV Vehicle Fitters are responsible for carrying out repairs, inspections, servicing and modification tasks to our fleet of Scania Fire Appliances and our ancillary fleet.
Have experience of working in an HGV vehicle transport workshop and be able to complete HGV vehicle inspections to DVSA standard.
QualificationsYou must be a fully qualified HGV Vehicle Fitter with City and Guilds or NVQ level 3.
