- Maintain and repair trucks, lorries, and other heavy commercial vehicles
- Conduct diagnostics, testing, and carry out all necessary maintenance and repairs
- Deliver high-quality customer service within a designated area as a HGV Technician
- Complete all warranty, contract, and retail paperwork accurately
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimise customer vehicle downtime
- City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance
- Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining HGVs
- Manufacturer training or current technical knowledge (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with an organised, methodical approach
- Full UK driving licence; LGV/PSV licence advantageous
