HGV Technician Opportunity in Amersham Offering a Family-Run Workshop Environment

Benefits:

• Salary of £44,200 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, with no weekend work
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties:

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs)
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately
• Perform vehicle inspections in compliance with industry standards
• Ensure all work is completed within legal and company requirements
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and services
• Provide expert technical advice and exceptional customer service
• Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HGV Technician or in a similar Heavy Vehicle maintenance role
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills with a focus on heavy vehicles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid HGV licence is desirable but not essential
