HGV Technical Controller - Hybrid Office Downtime Pro

Novuna Vehicle Solutions is recruiting for a hybrid role based in the UK, supporting our Vehicle Solutions team. You will monitor downtime, chase garages and ensure timely repairs to keep fleets on the road. The role is Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours, with 50% office presence in Trowbridge and no weekends.

You will review jobs in the 1link system, authorise repairs within limits, and keep customers updated while maintaining accurate systems. A City & Guilds/NVQ in a relevant trade is preferred.
