HGV Class 2 Tanker Drivers (Days & Nights) - Skelmersdale

Due to rapid business expansion, we are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for temp-to-perm roles at our busy Skelmersdale depot. Successful candidates will transfer to a permanent contract after 12 weeks!

MMID is part of a well established international dairy company operating a modern, well maintained fleet.

The Role

  • Mainly farm milk collections with occasional reload trunking work.

  • Shift Pattern: 5 on / 2 off schedule (includes weekend work)

  • Start Window (Days): 04:00 - 06:00

  • Start Window (Nights): 16:00 - 19:00

  • Immediate starts available!

Pay Rates Days:

  • Monday - Friday: £16.46/hr (Overtime after 47.5 hrs: £18.52/hr)

  • Saturday: £18.52/hr

  • Sunday & Bank Holidays: £24.69/hr

Nights:

  • Monday - Friday: £18.81/hr (Overtime after 47.5 hrs: £20.87/hr)

  • Saturday: £20.87/hr

  • Sunday & Bank Holidays: £27.04/hr

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Class 2 (Category C) experience

  • Tanker experience preferred (training provided for enthusiastic learners!)

  • Valid Digi Tacho & Driver CPC card

  • Reliable, organized, and available to work weekends
