HGV Class 1 Driver

Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking HGV Class 1 drivers for on-going client requirements based in Stoke and Stafford

Job Title : HGV Class 1 Driver

Shifts: Shifts are available on an adhoc or ongoing basis to suit.

Pay Rate: £17.70-£18.00 - Per Hour - Weekly Paid - this role is available on a PAYE basis only

Contract: Ongoing

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently between depots, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all road safety regulations - You will be driving box fridge trailers, there is no handball. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage paperwork and vehicle inspections are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a valid Class 1 licence, CPC qualification, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

To be considered for the role, we need you to meet the following requirements:

• HGV Class 1 licence (Minimum 6 months for insurance)
• CPC Card
• Digi Card
• No more than 6 points (No DR codes)
