Heritage Site Manager - Conservation Project (Limerick)

Building Staff Solutions Ltd. is recruiting a Site Manager for a conservation project in Limerick on a 9 month contract, reporting to the Project Manager and taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site.

The role requires proven Site Manager experience with a main contractor, with conservation/heritage or refurbishment experience preferred; strong programme management and subcontractor coordination, plus a solid knowledge of BCAR and QEHS requirements.
