Heritage Building Maintenance Lead - Live on Estate

Aldwych Consulting seeks a Head of Building Maintenance for a prestigious private rural estate in Bedfordshire. You will lead repair, maintenance and long-term care of historic and modern buildings, with subsidised accommodation on the estate.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage refurbishment projects, appoint contractors and work with the Estate Director to shape a sustainable maintenance programme.
