Helpdesk Support

We are looking for a Helpdesk Support individual who is available to cover a 3 month Temp contract. This is a lovely role, working with a super team, and the successful candidate will provide a prompt and efficient frontline telephone and electronic enquiry referral service solution at the first point of contact.

Your main duties will include for Helpdesk Support

• Provide information, support and advice to people telephoning and emailing.
• Respond to enquiries by providing a solution wherever possible at the first point of contact.
• Provide detailed information on the organisation services and assist the enquirer to access them.
• Use websites and other sources of information to identify appropriate solutions outside of the organisation.
• Maintain strong links with all departments, and other external agencies in order to appropriately refer.
• Complete referrals, bookings, orders, and payments on behalf of teams within the organisation.
• Record all contact information on the organisation Databases for both existing and new service users.
• Effectively operate the required systems, including those which provide the appropriate communication method for the enquirer.
• To compile a data monitoring system to fully understand the flows of calls within the service.
• Provide some one-off administration support as directed by the Head of Service.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Polite and confident telephone manner
• IT Literate with EXCEL
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

OFFICE BASED MON-FRI 9-5PM
