Laois Hire is a leading plant and tool hire company in Ireland, who provide a comprehensive range of services from plant machinery and tools to highly specialised equipment.
We have a new opportunity for a Construction Plant Fitter to join our successful and team based in Portlaoise.
Responsibilities- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a range of heavy plant equipment.
- Working closely with the service supervisor and all departments to maintain an efficient process.
- Diagnosing specific fault issues and actioning appropriately.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly working area including common areas.
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical principals
- The ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication skills
