3Q Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract and build relationships with healthcare and social care professionals across Ireland. This specialist role focuses on candidate attraction and talent sourcing, not a full 360 recruitment position.

You will source candidates for live and upcoming vacancies, build pipelines, and engage with candidates before introducing them to recruiters, while working toward measurable targets and a commission-based reward structure.
