Healthcare Talent Scout: Hybrid Role

Newcross Healthcare is seeking a Recruitment Specialist (Healthcare) to join our fast-growing team. This hybrid role offers 2 days per week at our offices in London or Bristol.

You will manage end-to-end healthcare recruitment, create engaging adverts, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams. You'll drive candidate experience across phone, video, email and text, support workforce planning, and help reduce time-to-fill while ensuring Right to Work and DBS/PVG compliance.
