Healthcare MEP Technical Principal - Hybrid Leader

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Technical Principal for its Healthcare team in Ireland/UK, delivering major hospital and healthcare estate projects. You will lead multidisciplinary MEP teams, drive technical assurance, and support growth of the Building Services group with a focus on BIM, digital workflows, and value driven design.

You will work within a national healthcare leadership network, shaping strategy, and mentoring engineers while ensuring compliance with HTM, HBN, and relevant standards
