Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Innovation, this role will help shape the future of healthcare. You'll work on pioneering projects like genomics, digital health, and personalised care propositions. You'll be part of a team that's driving innovation across global markets, helping us deliver proactive, preventative, and personalised healthcare.
How you'll help up make health happen!
Support the design and delivery of innovative healthcare projects, including genomics, digital health, and mental health clinics.
Lead market research and use data to inform strategy and innovation design.
Contribute to executive updates, presentations, and strategy papers.
Influence strategic analysis to support decision-making aligned with Bupa's global goals.
Assist in managing cross-functional transformation programmes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams across clinical, strategy, and operations.
Represent the Healthcare Innovation team in working groups and forums.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Experience in contributing to digital healthcare transformation, strategy, or consumer-facing proposition development.
Knowledge of healthcare and digital health technologies
Strong project management skills and ability to work across global teams.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract strategic insights.
Ability to understand financial data and support business case development.
Experience with strategic storytelling and structured problem-solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, matrixed environment.
Organised, resilient, and adaptable to change.
Driven by purpose and impact, with a strong ethical compass; committed to delivering meaningful healthcare outcomes for patients, customers and residents.
